Dom Richmond

Dom is a music producer, songwriter and performer based in Leeds who began his musical journey after receiving a 4 track in his teens, tracking and recording his own material before moving on to record live bands and artists in the local area. Dom went on to study Music Production at both South Birmingham College, Leeds Metropolitan and Manchester Metropolitan Universities where he gained triple distinction and a PGCE in Secondary Music during his time there.

As a touring musician and multi-instrumentalist he has a wealth of experience performing and writing for artists and in 2015 signed a publishing deal with Peer Music. To date his work has been played on BBC TV, Netflix and BT Sport as well as national radio play on BBC Radio 1, 2, 6, Radio X, Introducing and KEXP. With over 15 years experience as a music producer he has recorded many artists and worked with Bdrmm, Morrissey, The Cribs, The Sherlocks, Treeboy & Arc, Gordon Raphael, Kelsey Gill, Graft and alongside labels such as Rough Trade, Sonic Cathedral, Clue Records, Sony, EMI & Virgin. As a live engineer Dom has worked with several UK Top 10 charting artists such as Orlando Weeks, We Are Scientists, Hamish Hawk, Stone Foundation and The Slow Readers Club among others.

Over the last 15 years Dom has performed with many artists touring the UK and at present is writing and touring with Pablo’s Paintings.
